Something I have always wondered,a friend who is a Clockmaker says that Spermicitic oil is still the best stuff for precision time pieces and because of the more or less halt to commercial Whaling the supply is small and expensive.I wonder if the oil from a carcass assuming it’s a reasonably fresh one is still good?

And then there was that one which blew up on it’s own in Taiwan.A mess is not a mess unless you need a skid steer and a dump truck to clean it up
