   Ya,saw the article about that up on Drudge.The reason they started giving gift cards instead of cash is because folks were taking complete crap down to the buy backs,trading for cash and putting the money towards the purchase of new guns.

   So the uber smart lefty’s decided to go with gift cards from Walmart or wherever failing to realise that most pawn shop and gun shops take trades too.I would imagine there are several area dealers now that won’t be spending any cash in Walmart for awhile

   I reckon the idea of a gun grab is probably doomed, so they’ll strangle the 2nd with a web of regulations and pressure on manufacturers. They’ll also go after ammo manufacturers to try and cut off the supply to the public.
   It’s classic lefty tactics and it may well work because when they (very publicly) back down on the idea of grabbing guns, people will breathe a sigh of relief and tolerate the other restrictions. After all, NYC and Detroit have already trashed the Second – using regulations.Bureaucracy will do the dirty work for them.

     They are already on it,several leftwing groups are pressuring Obama to use the EPA and the courts to go after ammo mfgs.

     Time to make a list and check it twice,then start thinning these assholes out
