‘BRUSSELS, Belgium, February 8, 2013 (ENS) – European heads of state and government have agreed to commit at least 20 percent of the entire European Union budget over the next seven years to climate-related spending.
The seven-year budget was agreed at 960 billion euros ($1.28 trillion).’

    Yep,same here,we don’t have the money to keep the WH tours going for the school kids,but we can spend $1.8million on clowns and I forget how much on stupid Star Trek themed training videos.
    And yet even though I am a Conservative and don’t believe in public welfare programs I see people daily who really and truly need help,but can’t get it.

    It’s just another symptom of a perverse society :evil:
