Jack Tame? Jack-off, more like

For a brilliant example of the fact-free, hysterical girly-twaddle that passes for “journalism” in the NZ Herald, take a look at this:
‘US gun lobby blind to reason’
It is, of course, the emotion-led opposition to “assault weapons” that’s utterly blind to reason, immune from facts. But why let reality spoil a warm and fuzzy feeling, eh?

“The U.S. Gun Lobby” – more commonly known as “American Patriots” support private ownership of guns – to include semi-automatic assault rifles (that can be quickly converted into automatic rifles) and large magazines of up to 100 rounds – because We The People must always have the ability to overthrow tyranny by violent means, if peaceful redress fails.

The authority: The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

    END OF DISCUSSION!

This dickhead Tame can be “followed on Twitter” ffs!
It strikes me that never was a type of social media more aptly named, bringing to mind a flock of starlings with the collective IQ of a fruit fly twittering and fluttering excitedly–and going nowhere.
On second thoughts, that may be an insult to starlings.

  3. MvL says:

Our media is well and truly screwed if it thinks the opinions of Boy-Reporter Tame are of interest.
The excited “twitterings” and “flutterings” of this lightweight and inconsequential prick make a cocktail of hydrogen and helium look like one of the heavier gaseous mixtures.

    quite.

I presume this Tame Jackoff is the same one TVNZ use for their light entertainment at 6pm?

He’s a typical result of the mind rotting progressive education that he so recently received…. Loves Obama, that fool Gore, changing marriage, and all the other bollocks beloved by liberals. Spit.

  8. KG says:

    Yep.
There needs to be a shorthand version of “not a journalist, rather a low-grade indoctrinated propagandist for a failed ideology”.
    I use “fuckwit”.

  9. Darin says:

Some of the comments and the author himself are proof that some people are just to dam thick headed to ever understand the concept of individual liberty.

  10. KG says:

    They are, indeed.

  11. William Stout says:

    @Darin

It isn’t that they don’t understand individual liberty, they do. They just reject it in favor of the collective. In their mind, the individual is of secondary importance and not worth defending if you can preserve the collective without him.

  12. KG says:

I stand corrected–William has it exactly right.

I read this sci-fi book before, “Brave New World” by Huxley.

We live in an age when science fiction is fast becoming reality…unless SOMEONE somewhere starts a revolution, so we can legally shoot the Leftist collectivist parasites!
