It’s all John Howard’s fault.

News.com tonight, ahead of the Gillard/Swan budget:
‘THE Gillard/Swan Budget would look a lot better if not for Howard/Costello generosity of the past, independent modelling shows.

TODAY’S Federal Budget would be in surplus by at least $25 billion, with an estimated $40 billion in extra revenue, if income tax cuts introduced between 2005-2008 had not been put into place.
Independent think tank The Australia Institute has released modelling that shows the state of the federal finances would be in much better shape if governments had thought more about the long-term structure of the budget…’
Firstly, the Australia Institute is about as much like an “independent” think tank as an echidna is like a tuning fork.
Second, no mention in this disgusting piece of propaganda that the Gillard government inherited next to zero debt and pissed it away with a combination of absurdly optimistic assumptions, failed expensive grandiose schemes and utter incompetence at every level.

First of all, government is a best a dangerous servant and damn lucky WE THE PEOPLE give the Frankenstein monster a single red penny _ SO_

SHUT THE FUCK UP, YOU FUCKING LEFTIST PARASITES, OR WE THE PEOPLE WILL CUT OFF YOUR HEADS AND PUT THEM ON PIKES AROUND GOVERNMENT HOUSE :!:

Please note you have been warned…

    @KG:

Starting last Friday, two big scandals finally hit the Obama Regime: the Benghazi massacre cover up and IRS harassment of conservative groups. We can add to this a third one that has been around for years – “Fast & Furious.”

In the words of Glenn Beck, this Administration is exposed as the most corrupt and incompetent in American history.

Will Obama be forced from office? Perhaps imprisoned? Executed as a traitor?

Yes, all three options, if these were normal times, but sadly, they are not.

I expect the Obama Regime and its socialist allies to “double down” on their oppression of the American People. The Socialist elites think they have prize in their hands, and they aren’t going to let go of it at this date. They will fight.

    Then what?

I’m praying for civil war and mega Leftist deaths, so at long last the good and just can settle accounts once and for all with AMSOC – American Socialism.

  3. Yep. Lefties will always say it is the rights fault.

I have been interested to see that the roles are now neatly reversed. Under Howard, Australia, surged ahead of us while we muddled around with Mikey Cullens big tax and spend policies. Now however it seems to be the other way around which is great to see.

  4. KG says:

Well it’s great to see for Kiwis, Edwin.
But on this side of the ditch it feels as though we’ve been watching a train wreck and a totally unnecessary one at that.

  5. RWT says:

Course it’s Howards fault, that’s the way with leftist brats, always anyone but themselves.

What amazes me about this budget fiasco is that sniveling buffoon of a man who promised surpluses every opportunity that he got in the past could sit there last night and tell everyone with a straight face that the surpluses are still coming. The utter shamelessness of the man is beyond belief. In a just world he would be eating out of a dumpster instead of retiring on a taxpayer funded pension for the rest of his disgraceful life.

With any luck thanks to the pathetic shambles their hero has left us all in, these ‘independent’ think tanks will be looking for new work soon.
