‘Geert Wilders Predicts a European Spring’

“..My friends, my party in the Netherlands and so many other parties in other European countries are preparing themselves for next year electoral landslide. We can feel the heartbeat of new patriotism in Europe. Winter is over. Spring is coming. The European spring is upon us and we are getting ready for it…”

Spring indeed must break out all over or everything I have known will be all over.

Jihawg Ammo: Pork Covered Ammunition Designed To Offend

A group of Idahoans have gotten together to produce ammunition loaded with bullets dipped in pork-infused paint. Why you ask? They claim it will deter radical Islam terrorists from fighting if they run the risk of being hit in the stomach with a pork-paint tipped bullet, but most likely they did it because it is bound to offend Muslims (and maybe Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, Rastafarians, Ethiopian Orthodox Christians, Seventh-day Adventists and vegans as well).

The concept of combining bullets with pork, and the offense it causes, is nothing new. The Indian Rebellion of 1857 was partly caused by the British issuing their Indian troops, who were predominately Hindu and Muslim, with cartridges that were rumored to be coated in pig and cow fat (cows are sacred to Indians). To load their muskets they had to first bite into the paper cartridge, to remove the bullet, before pouring the powder into their gun.

Amazing, innit? I don’t what country they’re from, but we practiced that again and again from a mock-up before going anywhere near a “live” chopper.
Nowadays they often don’t bother with the whole abseiling thing–just weighted ropes, gloves, balls.

Looks like they have never done that before! I got fairly good at it, going off an 80 foot high bridge. Used to just fall then whip the line around and brake real hard at the last second. Had to run backwards to get the line through the figure eight before it melted the nylon.
