‘A MAINSTREAM British TV channel says it will broadcast the Muslim call to prayer throughout the fasting month of Ramadan….The channel’s decision comes as Britain is experiencing community tensions in the wake of the brutal murder of a British soldier. Two Muslim converts have been charged with the murder…’
So their answer to that atrocity (just one of many) is to promote the ideology which spawned it!
Cowards.

      That’s a very good point, Pascal – I’m sure you’ve nailed it there as to what’s happening.

      I have no doubt at all that in the unlikely (it’ll-never-happen) event of a civil war in the UK, the armed forces would be on the side of the Muslims. The police already are, of course.

      The Brits are too cowardly to save themselves.

    I have just spent some time watching the video at TV One and TV 3 relating to Kim Dotcom’s appearance at the GCSB hearing over the last couple of days.

    Now I do not agree with everything KD has to say, but he’s damn right about government over reach and illegal spying.

    But as things unfolded, that’s not what interested me so much. As I watched it I was astonished at John Key’s attitude. If you watch the videos, or anyone else who writes here does, I’d be interested to know if they agree or disagree with me.

    To me Key came across as slimy evasive superior and arrogant, and actually as bad as I have always imagined he would be.

    And how is it right for such an unobjective person to be head of the committee? How is it right that John Banks is one of the committee? Key and Banks (along with Tony Ryall) voted 3 to 2 against a motion to extend KD’s time. Because they were getting hammered by his testimony.

    Banks and Key have both been embarrassed by KD and should not be chairing this committee when they are thus so tainted.

    However my real concern is Key’s shockingly arrogant attitude. I do not like the guy at all, and being that he is so popular, I have sometimes wondered whether my views of him was perhaps too harsh.

    Not any more. In fact I feel now I have been far too soft. John Key is IMHO an arrogant smug supercilious and officious little creep. And I reckon he and Banks are hiding alot of stuff on this Kim Dotcom issue.

    Why the hell Key is so popular is something I will never understand.

    Certainly, Key is those. And more. He was poured from the same mould as David Cameron and the slimy Kenyan/Indonesian.
    Of course he’s hiding a lot of stuff on the Dotcom issue, he acted for his Hollywood cronies by using a secretive State agency on their behalf. As Dotcom pointed out, their acts had nothing whatsoever to do with security and as such must have been outside the GCSB’s remit.
    But Key has form–his actions in response to the smacking referendum showed that early on. A lack of principles and reflexive dishonesty aren’t just politically useful for the big issues–they’re what the prick is.
    He’s a smart-mouthed money-shuffler who fell into leadership of a country more or less by accident.By accident, and refusing to set out clear principles and policies before he was elected, so people projected their own desires on to him, Obama-style. All things to all men. When it suits.
    Why is he still so popular with Kiwis? Beats me, unless he reflects something deeply unpleasant in the national psyche, or maybe Kiwis will continue to vote for whoever wears nice suits and avoid uncomfortable truths.
    Perhaps the prick is simply ambulatory valium?

    I guess they put up with it because he is popular.

    But like Obama, his popularity is sourced from low information voters.

    Therefore he is useless really.

    Whatever, I reckon those videos make it clear he is the main man behind the Nat’s cowardice and impotence.

      RB, Key’s”popularity” makes absolutely no sense, until you look at his competition. Those types of measures (popularity) only make sense in context of what they’re being measured *against*. The leaders of the other parties are either grey, lifeless automatons or they’re electoral and ideological poison. So effectively, Key is being measured against nothing.

      It’s exactly the same as all the bitching and whining about the NZ dollar. How it’s so “high” and needs to “come down”. High against what? The USD and AUD of course. But the thing is, the NZD isn’t actually performing very well at all (take dairy – particularly Fonterra – out of the economic equation and NZ remains moribund). What’s actually happened to the NZD is that the currencies we measure against have tanked. It only appears high by that measure. By any other rational measure (NZD/Gold for example) it looks effing awful (as do all other paper currencies when measured against gold).

      The trick to Key’s “popularity” isn’t that he’s popular, it’s that everyone else is so effing UNpopular.

        That……. and people like my wife (who has good fiscal and social conservative credentials) who will keep on voting for him because he cut the top tax rate and at 33% we now pay the least tax we have ever paid. :shock:

    It certainly appears that the Islamification of Britain is powering full steam ahead.

    The Muslims are masters at this, they slowly, inch by inch work their way into the tent until they tell you it’s theirs and so get out.

    I’m not sure what it will take to make Europe wake up to this.

      • the London Underground and bus network being bombed
      • Glasgow airport being bombed
      • One in four Swedish women being able to look forward to being raped by a moslem male some time in their lifetime
      • Large tracts of major cities right across Europe being turned into no-go zones by day and vehicle-burning riots by night
      • A soldier being butchered in broad daylight on the streets of Londinstan

      If none of those outrages have caused the sheeple of Europe to awaken from their slumber, what makes you think there is an act so atrocious it will cause their awakening?

        I could say the same thing about America…In an earlier age Americans shot down the Redcoats of King George III for less oppressive acts than the ones our own federal government has done over the last five years alone.

        I think the reason is the welfare state that allows large sections of the public to keep their mobile phones, houses, apartments, cars and have more food than they really need for little or no work required.

        What a deal!

        Why it’s Christmas every single day of the year for the big boys and girls!

        Why get all bloodied up going against the Regime, when you have air conditioning, 300 cable channels, the Internet and all the other perks of the average welfare state citizen?

        But the great flaw for the various welfare state nations of the world is the economy – which is long overdue for a “correction” that will likely start in Europe – and then spread to the world.

        When the “Great Correction” (economic collapse) happens sometime in the next five years, and folks get hungry and cold, as the welfare checks have stopped and their fiat money is worthless, we will be treated to “Lord of the Flies Part II” – the stuff that revolutions are made.

    An earlier post included a piece on the impact of illegals on communities, after reading that and this, all that comes to my mind is that the Brits insisted on making the beds that they must sleep in now.

    They can bitch and moan all they want to, but when it comes time to make a choice, enough of them pulled the lever for the socialist, Israel-hating leftards who created the mess in the first place. They happily accepted the demonization of the so called far-right parties and joined in the kicking.
