  1. There are a few real men left is this world and that soldier is one of them. In fact, I say that he is a hero, but I doubt that he would say so. To such men, character is far more important than either fame or reward, and that is why the world so desperately needs such men.

  2. I read this just now as well, brilliant fellow. Just wish there was a contingent of our own SAS on R&R or something in Nairobi, passing through, whatever.

They would have cleaned up these islamist scum quickly, have them squealing for their sows.. er i mean mothers in no time.

At least the Israelis are also there helping the Kenyans deal with these bastards, good to hear the media isn’t getting much information out of there. Better that way, the less we know, the less the stupid western idiot can wail about some goat-raping terrorists rights.

Here’s to hoping they get a few of them alive and whisk them away to some undisclosed location for some… erm enthusiastic banter.

    • …enthusiastic banter carried out naked with someone, preferably female, carrying a rubber hose and a packet of bacon and who is asking them politely if they would be so kind as to assist the Kenyan government with information concerning a small non-Islamic matter (as that prat Cameron would describe it). Also, ice cubes and a hot needle are known to be an aid to clear recollection.

  3. Wretchard on the same subject (but used as an aside to end his piece):

In other news we hear that one handgun in Kenya saved 100 lives.

An off-duty member of the SAS emerged as a hero of the Nairobi siege yesterday, after he was credited with saving up to 100 lives. The soldier was having coffee at the Westgate mall when it was attacked by Islamists on Saturday. With a gun tucked into his waistband, he was pictured helping two women from the complex. He is said to have returned to the building on a dozen occasions, despite intense gunfire.A friend in Nairobi said: ‘What he did was so heroic. He was having coffee with friends when it happened.‘He went back in 12 times and saved 100 people. Imagine going back in when you knew what was going on inside.’

Calling Piers Morgan. Calling Piers Morgan.

As for me, I like that as a stand alone. To be sent to those I know who do not yet comprehend how useful a simple handgun can be.
(Especially when being threatened by armed cowards. And the gun-grabbing statists — also cowards — know it.)

  4. Correction, Guys, not SAS this time. He was an ex-Royal Marine Commando (possibly SBS) living in Kenya working in either a private or government capacity and licensed to carry therefor. SIII
