   I was wondering if you’d pick this up. She reinforces my warnings not to let ourselves think our most dangerous enemies are merely stupid. And still, as in my experience, many and on our side will go instantly into denial over what she wrote no matter how well she backs up her warning that history rhymes.

       First most important point Elijah. Our enemy does not view their actions as malice. They do indeed use stupid people, but that’s a tactic and are seen in the actions of people on the front lines. I’ve explained it at length many different ways at my blog. The normal decent outlook is, for the most part, “live and let live.” Theirs is “let die and live — oh, and some instigation by us to move the hoi polloi along to their demise.”

       It is such a tremendous paradigm shift in moral outlook, that normal, decent people simply cannot face it no matter how much evidence is shown them.

       Second. KG’s rhetorical question is spot on Elijah.

       The means and method must come from the ranks of the governed. I’d rather I have more allies than opponents, wouldn’t you?

       As long a large numbers remain in denial — which is indeed where the stupidity is found most in abundance — they are willing and able to be recruited to fight on the wrong side. You have seen that propensity for a long time when you look at how those large “conservative” Kiwi Blogs hate this one.

   If you get the govt you deserve you must have been very very bad for a long time. This is why I hate our prime minister kissing up to the US. While the old friend is gone and its sad to look back and see how easily she slipped away you only have to look at how many young respect the returned soldiers to know that the good heart still beats somewhere. But maybe too weakly to save this current generation…

   How weird is this! I was going to post a question “How can such a failure as the launch of Obamacare be accidental?” only to find this! I had read elsewhere that the ‘PLAN’ was to make this such a clusterfuck that people would beg for a single payer system just to get rid of it. Lo and behold!

       The purpose of Obamacare is NOT to work

       The central idea is to destroy private insurance for medicine, and recruit millions of Americans into the new system, which then rolls over into full blown single payer socialized medicine.

       ….and as an added bonus the private healthcare system in America, the best in the world, comes crashing down

       The only problem with this evil plan for the Progressives is that long before they can get their socialized medicine in place, the economic system of America will have long been destroyed by them.

   Make no mistake it has ALWAYS been about installing a single payer system.When polled the American people(which I assume is made up of 50% Harvard and Yale liberals) said they wanted a single payer system.

   However when asked if they were willing to pay for it and told what it would cost the numbers in favor were reversed.Seems adding a 30% sales tax to the cost of everything wasn’t very popular.
