The problem with these laws is who defines what bullying is?The obvious answer is some slack witted judge and prosecutor appointed by a politician with either an axe to grind or a political agenda to push or both.

Most of this “bullying” crap is fuelled by the hysterical ever-reaction of silly little girls who have been overprotected and can’t deal with vicious or even merely thoughtless comments online.
Of course, the obvious answer–stop frequenting those sites and stop putting up personal information is never suggested.
Because the silly bitches actually enjoy the drama and the “victim” status.
Any person who slashes his/her wrists over online comments is a fuckwit who would be doing the gene pool a favour.
But as always, all of us have to be lectured, coerced harried and persecuted in the name of the lowest common denominator. And that denominator gets lower by the day.
