have the nerve to constantly attack the Catholic Church….
‘..Sixty-five Australians are among more than 300 people arrested following an investigation into a global child pornography ring allegedly operating out of Canada…
…The arrests included 40 school teachers, nine doctors and nurses, 32 people who volunteered with children, six law enforcement personnel, nine pastors or priests, and three foster parents…’
40 out of sixty-five…..some people might regard that as an indicator of something.
UPDATE: Michael, in comments, rightly points out that it’s 40 schoolteachers out of the 300 arrested. My apologies, very careless of me.

    KG, I think it is 40 teachers out of the 300 arrested, not just the 62 in Australia. Still, over 13% is a very high representation for one group.

      It sure is high–I read recently about the number of schoolteachers in the U.S. who were either convicted of or under suspension due to allegations of sexual abuse and the numbers were huge.
      The way the media tippy-toes around the fact is interesting.

        The public school system here is riddled with child molesters.They seldom are ever turned out by the school systems when found either,they just get transfered to another school to avoid the lawsuits that would follow :evil:
