  1. Seneca III says:

It’s all in the “The Windmills of Their Mind”

Like a circle in a spiral, like a wheel within a wheel
Never ending nor beginning, on an ever spinning reel
Like a snowball down a mountain, or a carnival balloon
Like a carousel that’s turning, running rings around the moon
Like a clock whose hands are sweeping, past the minutes of its face
And the world is like an apple, whirling silently in space

Like the circles that you find in the windmills of your mind!

Like a tunnel that you follow, to a tunnel of its own
Down a hollow to a cavern, where the sun has never shone
Like a door that keeps revolving, in a half forgotten dream
Or the ripples from a pebble, in a half forgotten dream
Like a circle in a spiral, like a wheel within a wheel
Never ending nor beginning, on an ever spinning reel

Like the circles that you find in the windmills of your mind!

Dusty Springfield… how right she was and a pity she didn’t dedicate it to the denizens of that cesspit located at Turtle Bay on the East River. S IIIhttp://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_cool.gif

I particularly like the ‘shake down’ for historic CO2 emission by the rich (white) countries.
Seeing we are into poetry – how about a reminder of:-

“The White Man’s Burden” by Kipling

Take up the White Man’s burden, Send forth the best ye breed
    Go bind your sons to exile To serve your captives’ need;
To wait in heavy harness, On fluttered folk and wild–
    Your new-caught, sullen peoples, Half-devil and half-child.

  4. Mathew says:

I’m particularly proud of our Australian contingent, i know Canada was part of the bloc that resisted the shake-down by the victims-groups, however Australia led the way.

Let the thieves and socialists find their money somewhere else, they could always try working for it. No one stopping them from working hard 9 to 9 every day, making lots of money and spending it all on wind, solar and whatever else they want. They should spend all the energy they spend trying to pilfer from us into changing the climate in their parts of the world.

After all if we can supposedly make a difference by ourselves, why can’t they.
