    By the way and miles off thread: Why does the left despise Free Trade Agreements? I cannot see anything negative about free trade. What have I missed?

      Far as I can see, most of those objecting are opposed to the terms being kept secret until the agreement is signed.
      I’m 100% with them on that, at least.

      nz,s keystone cops……….reported in the herald this morning,”armed police surrounded the mans vehicle and negotiated with him for 5HOURS,meanwhile extra police were being flown in from 3 other centres ” for gods sake how many cops are needed to stop one man,armed or otherwise?some time ago police were talking about replacing their vehicle fleet of holdens,my sugestion would be to get model t fords.

        And the “experts” they’re flying in–at enormous expense to the taxpayer–aren’t even effing competent!
        Wasn’t there a shooting some time ago where they had to fly the armed offenders goons in on commercial flights? All the while the gunman was strolling around town for hours, picking people off at his leisure. And not one local had the balls necessary to shoot the prick, instead waiting for Nanny to come to their rescue. *spit*

    Amazing isn’t it, we all started out from pretty much the same shit heap, some groups moved from spear and shield phalanxes to nuclear bombs that can decimate the entire planet whilst others stuck with the old clubs, spears and dancing around making angry faces. Just saying….
