I’ve been preaching to everyone who will listen for ten years now that if they are paying property tax, then they don’t really own anything.

Does anybody listen to me?Nope, too distracted by whatever else is going on.http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_scratch.gif

Notice the supposed $280,000 house only brought $116,000 at auction? That’s because the crooked county assessors office always over values property which benefits them. Many tax assessors are also paid based on a percentage of collections,a system that insures corruption.Personally if the house sold at public auction for $116k,then that is the real market value of the house and the county owes her for the over assessment.

I’m Libertarian on the issue of taxes – which is NO TAXES – simply charge a user fee to those who need a government service.

Of course, you government is necessary and will exist under Ronboism, but it will be a lean and poor one.

I have maintained that a sales tax is the only fair tax.Tax the money when it’s spent and enjoyed instead of when it’s being made.Sales tax is an optional tax,you can chose not to pay it simply by limiting spending.
