‘In a unanimous decision earlier this month the [7th Court of appeals] determined that law enforcement officers are not required to present a warrant or charges before forcibly entering a person’s home, searching it, and confiscating their firearms if they believe it is in the individual’s best interests.’  (bold mine)

    Well that about wraps things up, folks.

    The Constitution couldn’t be much clearer on the matter. The robed rulers have simply chosen to ignore it outright.

    The only remaining check and balance for the Yanks is 180 grains at 3000fp/s down the hallway.
