Hmmmm…so when was your last audit Judge?

http://www.politico.com/story/2014/10/irs-tea-party-legal-victory-112145.html

Various reasons have been imagined for the ruling none of which I buy into. What seems obvious to me is if the IRS can harass and intimidate multitudes of political grassroots non-profit organizations,in direct violation of the law and do so with impunity what is to stop them from putting the screws to a few judges?

A Russian immigrant once asked me “What is IRS?”

I told him it’s like the KGB,but the KGB is merciful and will shoot you in the back of the head.

The IRS will torment you until you kill yourself.

  1. Darin, that would be this Reggie Walton, the chief judge of the FISA Court?

He’s an asswit. And for the benefit of our friends in the NSA, that’s A-S-S-W-I-T.

    • Doesn’t matter,if he was JW Christ they would find some dirty laundry on him and even if none existed they would weave a three piece suit and stuff him in it.

The IRS has a long standing rep for being the most invasive and oppressive arm of the federal government, but this latest open harassment of an administration’s political foes is a whole new level of tyranny.

      • Darin, the issue is MOOT :!:

After the IRS harassment of the Tea Party was exposed in public by the Republican Congress last year, they suddenly saw the LIGHT :!: Yea, they saw the ERRORS of their ways :!: And Brothers and Sisters, the sinful IRS moved the Tea Party into the non-tax paradise :!: Then the IRS threw themselves on the mercy of the court in sack cloth and ashes – and were FORGIVEN :!:

So ruled the judge :!: Democrat Party Number 101 :!:

  2. BREAKING NEWS IN NYC – An Arabic looking man took a hatchet to four cops in the Big Apple. Final score: One dead Jihadist, two wounded cops.

Also, discovered on his Facebook page – “Kill the Infidel!” and other good Muslim stuff.

No doubt tomorrow morning the New York Times will want all hatchets registered and something done about “workplace violence.”

  3. If the crap ever hits the fan, judges will be right up there alongside leftist college profs and bureaucrats– on the scaffold.

  4. From the article: “Republicans said they were outraged at Walton’s decision.”

    Sure they were. /sarcasm

The political entity that hates the TEA Party worse than the Democrats is the Republican Party. So who was surprised when reading this too in the same article.
“Walton, a President George W. Bush-appointee….” The GOPe was outraged like KG is a Laborite.

Is there enough rope? Are there enough lamp poles?

    • “Is there enough rope? Are there enough lamp poles?”
We may have to improvise, Pascal.

    • Britain’s surcharge is due for payment on 1 December – just days after the crunch Rochester and Strood by-election.

The vote to decide who takes the seat hangs on a knife edge with David Cameron’s Tories struggling to fight off a challenge from anti-EU Ukip.

        • If the British patriots can’t do a regime change by the vote they do have the option of downloading 3-D assault rifles off the Internet and doing an Oliver Cromwell :!:
