Poor bastard. It’s a scenario which plays out again and again. And again. No, it’s no mystery. Men with children are screwed over by the “justice” system and various female-dominated government agencies when their relationship with their partner breaks down.
Women use protection orders to exact revenge and rob decent men of their home and children, often with the support of virulently anti-male feminazis who’ve hijacked organizations which are supposed to support and protect women at risk.
I finished reading the article and felt nothing but pity for this man.
Which is more than anybody interviewed by the author could manage. Even the title is harsh and judgmental and ignores a good father’s despair after being robbed of his children. Only a small part of the real story has been told here.
It’s a long read, but littered with clues that the real story still hasn’t been told.

There is also a double standard here.If she had been the one who snapped and axed the family there would be a national day of mourning,followed by endless debate and yammering by an army of experts and TV personalities as to why it really wasn’t her fault,the husband would still be labeled the “monster”and there would be another round of calls for a whole laundry list of protections and assorted social health and welfare bullshit.

That is so fucking sad. Men just do not know how to get help or help each other. OTOH women bond very well over breakdowns and collectively plan their revenge. The law and courts also favour them….

Gecko is as angry as me about this stuff and has said again and again that if she won a lottery she’d spend the proceeds funding legal action against those responsible for this kind of thing.

The NZ Family Court is a lonely and adversarial place for males. The type of woman who pushes the process in the manner that the woman from Dunedin did likely has problems which far exceed the relationship, but chooses to attribute those problems to her partner to avoid confronting them. More or less inevitably, the system replete with denimed lesbos and self-righteous know-it-alls ploughs in to exact punishment. His crime? Being a man who has traumatized the complainant by existing and being supportive. There’s an old adage to the effect: “You are not fully grown-up until you are able to count your blessings.” The ghastly dividend the woman in Dunedin now has to live with could’ve been simply avoided despite her apparent decision to move-on. (This article has many gaping holes including the demons the man undoubtedly carried with him.)
The thing that i feel strongly about is why did He have to move out of the home , he raised the kids while she was working why couldn’t the Father in this case, and in so many others get to stay in the house and she go find a flat , i bet she was the one doing all the screaming and cussing , nup , he’s got to go , Father – Male is feminist code for ‘GET HIM OUT!’

It’s a sad situation for sure,two innocent children are dead and their father entered eternity after killing them.
I think his anger was misdirected and he should have taken his revenge on the ex and the lawyers involved instead.
I have heard a rumour that one of the lawyers involved subsequently suicided. Whether it had anything to do with these happenings I do not know.
Couldn’t have been from a guilty conscience,after all it’s only 99% of lawyers that give the rest a bad name.
