‘American Sniper breaks box office records
The Hollywood Reporter calls it a “shocker” that a patriotic movie by one of the best directors working today, about an American hero who kills jihadists, is really, really popular.
…but Hollywood still thinks tender stories about gay males coming of age are what the public demands, along with cartoonish special effects-laden, nine-figure-budget mind candy…’
The film’s success probably won’t surprise anyone not on the coasts.
I’m beginning to wonder if the sniper took out the most DANGEROUS people against the United States.
The traitors within the gates should get first head shots in the war.

you’re very right. Hollywood is not America. And America is not Hollywood. The vast majority of the country is what Hollywood refers to as fly-over country, the population of which, Hollywood holds in great disdain. But, some in Hollywood have learned that fly-over country is patriotic, loves their country and loves their heroes, and are happy to see the jihadi freaks destroyed. Hollywood has learned that there is money to be made in exploiting that.
Hollywood hasn’t learnt a thing because they don’t want to. Hollywood is owned by dual-citizens who are anti-American.
Apparently young blokes are ignoring Hollywood in favour of video games. Because movies and tv have become too blatant in their quest to trash everything that actual real Americans hold dear.

I went and saw Thor part two, just to visit the art-deco theater in this small town. And Viking mythology now has blacks and mongols (Ghengis Khan at the start) as equals? -pfft.
