He was initially subjected to two internal military investigations in 2003 and 2004, which cleared him of any wrongdoing.
But with the civilian police unhappy with the decision, he was arrested on suspicion of murder by officers from the Metropolitan Police while on leave in Burnley..’
Civilian police should have never been allowed to get involved in something they know eff-all about. And the lack of support for a soldier under attack from a scumsucking parasitic leftist legal practice is shameful.

    It beats me why decent men still want to join the military and risk their lives to defend freedom for their people while the progressive and media scum go out of their way to destroy them.

        At least during my career, no soldier was charged wrongly for battlefield deaths, and the ones that could have been RIGHTLY charged with the murders of over 200 innocent Vietnamese in 1968 were also not charged, except for their commanding officer, who was later pardoned by President Nixon.

        Of course, that’s all changed now and we have men rotting in prison for battlefield deaths of enemy soldiers.

        Yes, until this illegal Leftist Obama Regime is terminated with extreme prejudice by patriots, no true American should join the Armed Forces or federal law enforcement. :evil:
