    ..and rightly so!

    The stupid thing about this greedy claim is one of definition. As we all know water is a delightful combination of two common gases. Gases float about without borders (other than perhaps the edge of Earth’s atmosphere,) so how do these silly pricks ever think they can establish ownership? They can’t.

    This topic can never be more than academic but at least it discloses the fundamental greed of those in the Treaty industry and the endless placatory spending of successive governments.
