   I am still at a loss how so few (if any) non-Lefty AMERICAN commentators seem to be noticing yet another constitutional right that was ignored with these indictments.

   Amendment 5 to the U.S. Constitution:

   “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury.”

   My guess is that the Obama WH didn’t like the grand jury results in Ferguson so they sent orders to Baltimore “You doan need no stinkin’ grand jury.”

   Now at least Kiwis are aware of what too many Yanks seem to be unaware or uncaring.

       Do a Google search on baltimore grand jury and the dearth of results related to this event are quite alarming. And none but one condemnatory.

   Here’s the ugly truth about this debacle.

   There are plenty of dirty cops who let their black-dog take the wheel when they put on the uniform and plenty of mildly-less-dirty cops who turn a blind eye to it all.

   Such scum deserve to be locked up.

   But this? Doing things this way demonstrates several “principles”, and I use the term scientifically, not morally.

   1. Cops can brutalize people all they want just as long as they don’t kill them.
   2. Cops can kill them as long as they’re not black; because
   3. The cops will get away with it unless you and 1000 like minded souls are willing to burn and loot entire suburbs to force action on (1.) and (2.), which is to say Whites and near-whites will never get a look in on police brutality, like the execution of many people by swat teams who “get it wrong”.

   Screw the looters and screw the police. There are no good guys in this, but sadly, when blacks are made “off limits” to crooked white cops then officer McThug is going to head over to whitesville to get his jollies.

   It’s high time that the man in the street picked up a rifle and told the cops AND the welfare thugs “you can both make yourself scarce or be ventilated.”

       I’m making ready some snail mail to you containing DVDs of classic Hollywood movies that you and Gecko love – American made DVDs work in New Zealand…right?

       I keep buying them and never playing my DVDs more than twice. I used to donate them to the public library – but it’s better to share with friends.

         Thanks, Ronbo. Unless DVDs are region 4 it’s a bit of a hassle, but I’m about to download a program which will allow me to play any DVD.
