  1. Just finished reading Levin’s “Liberty and Tyranny”. 10/10
And watched “American Sniper”, which was kindly loaned to me. 8/10

    • Agree with your rating of both, KG. I also highly recommend The Liberty Amendments, which is picking up a head of steam in many State Houses.

  2. Nasa’s New Horizons spacecraft set to fly by Pluto on it’s way out to the Kuiper Belt-

At 4.82B Km it’s so far out and so cold it’s theorized that Pluto’s elliptical orbit is the result of Neptune and an unknown object in the Kuiper Belt’s gravitational influence on it.And to think all that great distance is less than the distance between two sheets of paper stacked together in Interstellar terms.Very cool and very humbling.http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_cool.gif

HEY NOW: Pluto is just the place to exile all the Leftists and Islamists on Planet Earth!http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_yahoo.gif

  4. ‘California Raisins Beat Feds at U.S. Supreme Court
    http://www.breitbart.com/california/2015/06/22/california-raisins-beat-feds-at-u-s-supreme-court/

The issue was whether the Raisin Administrative Committee (RAC), under the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, could require farmers to set aside large percentage of the crop for the government to deal with as it wished without just compensation…’
    But get this: 8O
‘Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote the lone dissent, arguing that because the government’s taking “does not deprive the Hornes of all their property rights, it does not effect a per se taking.”..’
    The “wise Latina”, eh? *puke*

    • Fucking commie bitch. The perfect statement of Barry’s ideology.

Imagine a full bench of Sotomayors and Kagans?

      • It could easily happen. It’s way past time these tyrants were reined in.

    • The left is now blatant about showing the real agenda, and the filth of its ideology.
And why wouldn’t they be? The countervailing viewpoint has a tiny voice in comparison. We who read “the news behind the “news” are a very, very small minority.

      • That tininess of our voice is made all the more apparent by how we are greeted and treated by those who demand not to be told. The spinelessness in our pols appears justified as we witness to the seemingly increasing spinelessness exhibited by those who wish to remain in the dark.

  5. Sometimes, I see a snippet of news that reminds me of just how powerless we, the people, really are.
    Take this:
‘A period of public consultation has resulted in a policy substantially changed from the draft proposals, much to the dismay of the police and health authorities.’
It’s to do with alterations to alcohol laws in Auckland. I don’t see the draft proposals being changed as a result of “public consultation” as a particularly good sign.
What I see is bureaucrats (and I include the police in that category) who are out of touch with public sentiment and determined to drive their own social-engineering agendas.
The draft proposals will be incrementally introduced at some stage. Bet on it.
We employ them, not the other way round. And it’s time the bastards were reminded of it.

    • Like Thomas Jefferson said, “A revolution every now and then keeps the government honest.”

New Zealand is way overdue for a revolution.http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_good.gif

      • Bwahahahahaha!!!

New Zealand is a nation formed with the Crown’s permission, governed for decades by a cabal of bolsheviks working hand-in-glove with Fabians attempting to bring about their socialist utopia, and populated by people for whom there is no problem in life either too big or too small for a government programme and a slice of taxpayer wedge to solve.

New Zealand is the place where individual liberty and personal responsibility went to die.

        • “New Zealand is the place where individual liberty and personal responsibility went to die.”
Largely true, and amazingly at variance with what Kiwis used to be like.
Thank Christ there still echoes of that fine country where we live, and among some of the people we meet.

          • “When we get piled upon one another in large cities, as in Europe, we shall become as corrupt as Europe.”

            -Thomas Jefferson

If you do 6 months in an apartment building you soon come to realise that this quote is utterly irrefutable.

When you are crammed closely enough together with your fellow man then there are no such thing as individual rights. The only question that remains is who will impose their will on the other.

  6. Oh dear! How terribly sad…
‘Australia’s most wanted terrorists, Khaled Sharrouf and Mohamed Elomar, have been killed.’
    *sob*

    • I would buy it and move smack in the middle of it and nothing less than a nuclear strike would put me off ithttp://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_smile.gif

  7. Happy Ramadamadingdong everyone! I see some of them are dropping like flies in hot countries because of it. Oh dear, how sad, never mind.

    • Like a budd once said about a ZF six speed automatic transmission-“I would wager a guess about what goes on in there, but it’s a mystery that it works at all let alone how it functions.”http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_scratch.gif

    • That’s very cool. Good to see that odious unwashed piece of crap running away,

    • Wait for ’em to destroy everything and then try to start again I guess, Mara.
Not an option at my age, though. So it’s more a matter of digging in and trying to avoid them.

    • No. Besides, it was cloudy. :(
But I felt a ‘quake two minutes ago. 4.1, and you could hear it coming. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_yahoo.gif
