Last I checked we don’t eat grains and bread for the protein value,we eat them for the carbohydrates and vitamin content.
Besides even the UN admits that by 2050 the Earth’s population will peak somewhere around 7.8-8.2billion and then go into decline.I wager it will peak before that as the third world industrializes.
