    They can move to The Netherlands.

    A Dutch court ruled the government has duty of care and cannot hide behind claims that the Netherlands is a small part of a world-wide process.

    The judge said that the CO2 reduction would stay below 17 percent in the Netherlands, in spite of climate treaties. HE concluded that climate change is caused by emissions and that this entails serious risks, including sea level rise and for food. The government should protect citizens against this.

    Because judges are scientists………?
    It’s time the courts were reminded that it isn’t their job to set policies. Or judge science. One or two judges might benefit from hemp therapy. Rope not smoke.
