       If you have a turned-off cell-phone in your bag how will the customs people know whether you are carrying one? (Or is there detection gear to direct them to it?) You know: it occurs to me that this sort of regulation could impair future sales of cell-phones…afterall 25 years ago we got on very well without the damn intrusive things.
