   Meanwhile, Obama commits yet another act treason by sending the recent treaty the USA signed witb Iran to the FUCKING UNITED NATIONS Security Counsel for ratification instead of the U.S. Senate as required by the U.S. Constitution.

   TREASON straight up!

   I would be depressed except I remember what Chesty Puller said in North Korea when his 5,000 U.S. Marines regiment were surrounded in the frozen mountains by a Chinese army of over 250,000 – “We are surrounded and over 100 miles from the nearest friendly unit by thousands of screaming Chinamen! The makes the tactical problem more simple – Therefore, I’m ordering an offense in all directions!”

     The Congress should simply follow the Constitution (yeah, I know), tell Barry they’ve decided this thing is a Treaty and process it as laid out in Article II, section II, clause II.

     If it gets voted up by 2/3 of Senators present then it’s ratified. If not, the UN, the iSlamo-NAZI Iranians, the Russians, Chinese and New Zealand can go pound sand.

     The John Quisling McCain offering that it isn’t a Treaty because the Administration hasn’t called it one is utterly beyond belief.

         The only – and I mean the sole and only – member of Congress from either house who comes out of this abject surrender with any integrity intact is Tom Cotton. The only one to vote No on the Corker bill, which turned the Treaty provision on its head.

         And the one who authored the letter to the iSlamo-fascists pointing out that if it wasn’t considered a Treaty per the Constitution, the next POTUS could tear it up, make a paper plane from it or use it for toilet paper.
