And the rule applies to all city services if they are supplied by the city.
The shame is it’s not that hard to run a city,so long as those doing it run it like a business and not like it’s their personal ATM machine.Trash collection where I live is done by contract which the city puts out for bid every four months.The principal stipulation is that ALL household trash must be collected twice a week no complaints.The last time a company tried to cut corners,their contract lasted just about two weeks.
Properly compacted….I can get about 6 cubic metres into my bin…
