   “Significant change” would be banning Muslim immigration, closing mosques and Islamic schools and forcibly exporting all Muslims to the Middle East.

   That won’t happen. The only “significant change” we’ll see is a clampdown on gun ownership, further eroding people’s right and ability to defend themselves.

   Horrible woman. The murder of 14 people by home-grown Islamic terrorists is a “wonderful moment”? She needs to take off her leftist political blinkers and see the full horrifying tragedy that this is on every level. Social, political and human.

         I’d love to see it take off, but there are vast numbers of people for whom it is all too complicated, too much effort and seemingly too remote from everyday concerns.
         And that’s before we get to those who have lost all faith in the political process and the ability to get the bureaucracy off their backs.

           True enough, which is a damned shame because it puts the power back in the hands of the states, who tend to be far more responsive to The People than their overlords in Washington DC.
