  1. US foreign policy has been disgraceful, actually its been a while since its politicians have had any to loose..

      • We don’t have any real foreign policy,which I believe is the problem.We just since Bush 41 have had a series of conflicting ideologies and no particular plan.Contrast that with Reagan who had an actual plan and went about executing it.

  2. All Muslims – be they Sunni, Shiite, secular, socialist, nationalist, etc. – are the enemies of our formerly Great Republic.

    However, a policy of “divide and conquer” would work well.

    Thus when the Saudi backed Sunnis are on a roll, we back the Shiites – and vice versa until they become top dog and we revert back to alliance with the Sunnis.

    • Nope, disagree. I think we (the “West”) have two choices: (1) draw a big red line around the moslem “nations” of the M.E. and tell them they can have at it inside the line. If they move outside the line, we find out (to steal a phrase from Sen. Cruz) if we can make sand glow in the dark, or (2) we skip step (1) and make sand glow in the dark.

      Either way, we wait for the last survivor to claw his way out of the desert. Then we shoot him.

      Backing either side in the 1,400 year-old iSlamic civil war is suicidal.

          • I think if Trump or Cruz manage to win the WH day one they need a nationally televised “ash heap of history” speech concerning the future of islam.Then go about forcing them to evolve,the koran needs a rewrite,sharia needs to cease to exist along with beheads,FGM,etc,etc.

            • I agree. I’ve had fun on twitter giving a relatively new perspective on the Israel/palestine debate.

              My stance is “who gives a fuck who was there first? Savages lived there at one point, and now civilised people do. The End.”

              The next Crusade ought to dispense with the “living side by side in the holy land” crap. Push them back, and back and back. Make the M.E. the new frontier.
