The bottom line is that America is headed for socialized medicine – or whatever they chose to call it under whatever political party….Britain has socialized medicine. Canada has socialized medicine. Australia has socialized medicine. Right? The name of the game is to keep up with the Anglosphere.
Hopefully, we end up with dual system like Britain whereby if you can afford a civilian doctor and hospital – have fun! You’re on your own. It will be just like education is today – if you can afford a private school and qualified teachers – have fun! You’re on your own.
The upper middle class Canadians I knew who came to Florida say this system works well for them, because if they just need routine or emergency care its available and free. If they need an MRI they have to wait years for in Canada – they fly to a private hospital in Florida – this way they kill two birds with the same stone – vacation at Disney World and an MRI and interview with an English speaking white doctor who doesn’t smell.
Of course, this does leave the little guy with few bucks out of the picture….and into an early grave.
A public/private system works well …. that is if you accept that you pay for your medical care twice if you insure yourself for private care. If you are indigent/retired/employed/etc and have the time the same Drs that look after you in private are usually those that attend to you in public; you just wait a little longer in public to be seen, have your MRI and surgery – but then you probably have the time on your hands to do so. If you are a high-flying busy executive that needs things done yesterday then private will attend to those needs without waiting – just pay for the insurance. It works well in NZ.

Of course not! And Obama knew from the gitgo this would collapse the system, which was the real goal. The Leftist thinking was if you collapsed the system then they would takeover and create a new system.

Perhaps once, but that was very long ago. Today, the U.S. is an oligarchy, imploding in on itself by design of a small few and with intent to benefit only that same small few. For decades, we the people, could plainly see what was happening to the republic but, we sat on our hands, rattling tongues rather than rattling sabers. And now, that small few realizes they can openly murder and plunder with total impunity while the masses do nothing… even for their own defense.
We need far more than an outspoken truth teller to get this Republic back. We need millions of truth seekers to oust the small few by any / all force necessary and then install hundreds of outspoken truth tellers who will strive to repair the original Republic to its former glory. Of course, those hundreds will, by necessity, have to live under the fear of a swift and sure punishment should any opt to stray off the path of truth… else we are doomed to relive this nightmare.
