The most interesting part is that all of the offending cities also have huge welfare rolls. When prosecution of illegals starts, the illegals not already in the cities will either head for Mexico or to the sanctuary cities. In which case, things are going to get very very dicey inside those areas in terms of supporting tens (or hundreds) of thousands of new “citizens”.
Mmmmm….. such a target rich environment. Just a few tactical N-bombs would solve many of America’s problems.

Careful here. We’re talking about encouraging the Federal Government to assert itself over local governance. Maybe, just maybe, what they enable to go after “sanctuary cities” may later be used against “errant States”. No useful blade is one edged.
