I’m watching a live hook up on Fox News and currently the present president and president-in-waiting are having tea in the White House, where the present president has told the president-in-waiting that he’s a “Tea Bagger!”….This has enraged the president-in-waiting who jumps up and yells, “YOU’RE FIRED!!     • Thanks KG, next time I get a subscription offer I’ll get them a copy of that article with my essay about Warren G. Harding. Under Warren G. Harding, income tax went from 70% to 24%, and unemployment was cut in half from 12% to 6%.

      To do this he had to raise the tax on goods, and cut government spending, and their were budget surpluses. Donald Trump is going to raise the tax on imports, and use that to lower income tax just like Harding did. Most importantly he’s going to do something about wasteful environmental expenses.

      I expect that within 6 months their will be an economic recovery.

      The problem with today’s democracy is the mobs are made up of those who aren’t busy working. Those who are busy working, don’t have time to study the political issues.

      • Robertv this is exactly my point about Trump and Warren G Harding. Tax cuts can be given with spending cuts. If Trump will reduce spending by abolishing global warming spending, those tax cuts promised will make America great again. Warren G Harding made America prosperous with his plan. Trump is repeating it!

        In 6 months I expect the economy to be roaring back to life, and this will help New Zealand’s exports. America will have so many jobs they won’t need farmers, and will need NZ farm goods.

        But if he doesn’t cut out waste all is lost.

        • From what little I know of the details of Trump’s economic plan, I think you’re spot on…He’s serious about cutting taxes – as per Harding and Reagan – and this will encourage business pull their money out of the hidden places and start massive investments.

          Also, business can plan ahead for at least four years. This was another thing that killed business during the Obama presidency: No one knew what the crazy bastard was going to do next, so plans for business expansion have been stopped dead in their tracks for eight long years.

          Yes, there will be a boom!

          • Yes Ronbo, but what I’m also saying, is you have to make room for tax cuts. This is what Harding did, he cut government spending, and raised tariffs. Harding knew how to be hard.

            With Reagan he had to watch out for the Federal Reserve. They said to him their’s more money in circulation from your tax cuts that will cause inflation, we need to therefore raise interest rates, to decrease the amount of money in circulation. Those interest rises hit the mortgage holders and building industry hard. With Harding because he raised tariffs and lowered Government spending that’s why the Federal Reserve didn’t mess with the people, in fact interest rates were very low at that time.

            Trump has said he will have tariffs on those who put tariffs on America, and he will get rid of this environmental spending, this will make room for those tax cuts. So what I’m saying is watch out for the Federal Reserve cause they can wipe out people who they don’t like.
