        Useless blimmin’ Key and co haven’t even *touched* local government spending. There would surely be over a billion dollars per year to be saved in Auckland alone!

        This is why I support a “competency test” of some kind that candidates would have to pass before they stand for parliament (or even for local government).
        ( Mind you, if we put one in place, no-one would pass it at the moment….. )
