    I do wonder where the end point is in all this. Without a bastion of freedom (sic) somewhere defending that I wonder what happens. The US needed Trump more than they realise but he may just stall it for a while and once they go all lefty its over in my view.

    It seems like we are in a decline that looks terminal for much of the west because that pesky socialism we thought was defeated was just having a rest while a new generation of morons was hatched.

      Well Brown, Trump is not popular in the media, because he will do what he thinks is right. At the moment though I wonder just how much independence he has with Syria and reconsidering the TPP.

      Oh yes, as soon as he said he was for the gold standard I knew all hell would break loose. What happened to JFK, when he declared an executive order for silver backed currency, instead of Federal Reserve notes? And Reagan was shot after stating all income tax went to the banks that lent the Federal Government money.

    There does seem to be a hint of a right wing renaissance in parts of California, San Diego, inland areas, the central Valley and other small pockets, but I am not holding my breath.

      The movement might be bigger than many realize.I for one hope Cali breaks up into three states.If they do it will change the electorial college in favor of the right.
