The roof runs all the way down to the added on sunroom, which has deteriorated and subsided. The result is that the guttering has been pulled down and rain pools in the bowed area.
I tried to fix it a couple of years ago with heavy aluminium tape but that came free and took pieces of the rusty guttering with it.
Considering that the house is only just above knock-it-down status, I’m curious to see what inexpensive solution they devise.
