   With a barely 5% scrape in result in the election the Greens should not be running anything. MMP needs to go.

       Who of consequence has begun that process?
       Among other things, do they have a trusted food tester?

         #2 Retract Bolt and move Cartridge into Battery position
         #3 Close and Lock Bolt
         #4 Take weapon off Safety
         #5 Aquire target
         #6 Once Target is aquired take a breath,exhale,squeeze Trigger.
         #7 Repeat steps #1 thru #6 as needed.

   Amazingly, the liberal Harvard Gazette has just published an article outlining the downside of wind power. If their analysis is on the weak side, the problem with wind power is much worse than stated.

   I believe there was a referendum a few years ago Pascal. But the result wasn’t binding on the government of the time. I’m not sure, didn’t follow it closely as I wasn’t living here then.
   I DO like Darin’s proposal. It oughta be the preferred option.

   Key could have backed the referendum on MMP and was completely silent, he wasted his political advantage at the time on the daft flag change. Of course, the left campaigned hard out to keep it, which is what happened. No one in authority ever even mentions MMP, certainly not anyone from National. It seems to me we are stuck with it. It disempowers the voters, they won’t want to change that. But it such a bastardized system. Is there any hope!!

     I have to disagree with you Lara. Key wanted MMP to remain in place and even tried to influence voters. The new flag was just a distraction to get New Zealanders attention away from the MMP referendum and the TPP.

   Good point, Mawn, I never thought of it that way. Key was slippery and left wing, he probably did want to keep MMP, as it gives the pollies more power. In a way, winning the election last year, then losing it due to MMP and Winston, is just desserts. Sad part is, the Ardern rabble are a complete bunch of hard left loonies. NZ is screwed.

     Hard left, inexperienced and incompetent. They think all that is required to run a country is the application of their ideology. Somehow it escapes them that their ideology results in a stuffed country, poverty and death. Their apologist news media is just the same.
