  1. THIS shit is the headline of one of NZ’s main online media “news” sources. Both Stuff and the NZ Herald have carried nothing but negative articles about Trump and there’s no reason to suppose NZ television “news” is any different. How the hell Kiwis can claim to know what’s going on the the world beats me!

US President Donald Trump’s grotesque fraud’

    and…
While I’m talking bout Kiwis, take a look at the servile, brain-dead comments under this article. Not one commenter pointed out that unless the police scrupulously obey the law, THERE IS NO LAW, ONLY TYRANNY.

    • The comments in the stuff article pointed out that while Tump isn’t perfect, he’s a lot better than the Clintons and to turn millions into billions ain’t exactly easy.

    • Here’s an antidote to your link. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_yahoo.gif

      ‘An Ethnography of Breastaurant Masculinity’
This is an actual paper, published in a peer reviewed journal: Sex Roles – A Journal of Research which “is a global, multidisciplinary, scholarly, social and behavioral science journal with a feminist perspective.”

      From it:-
“Through thematic analysis of table dialogue supplemented by brief unstructured interviews, I identify four major and one minor theme of “breastaurant masculinity” as distinctive to that environment. These include sexual objectification, sexual conquest, male control of women, masculine toughness, and (as a minor theme) rationalizations for why men frequent breastaurants.” http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_yahoo.gif

    • It’s in the Road Code for cyclists and has always been so, although they are mixing up two different things. The Code says cyclists can ride two abreast – period, and the Code says that if a cyclist deems it unsafe he can “occupy the lane”. This is especially necessary to prevent impatient drivers doing the “left hook” in front of you when they turn left at an intersection (as they always seem to misjudge a cyclists speed), when drivers likely to open doors of parked cars without checking for cyclists, and at roundabouts.

As far as motorists’ judgement – that’s a laugh because it’s crap and it’s murderous. For instance the number of unsafe overtaking manoeuvres I see on a country ride is unbelievable – blind corners, double yellow lines, in the face of on-coming traffic, etc. And if things go wrong I know he’ll swerve to the left and take my life….at the cost of a scratch to his car, just to save a few minutes.

Many countries have adopted the 1.5 meter rule and so should we, but more importantly we should be following the countries that prosecute motorists for manslaughter when they hit cyclists. Some countries/states have even prosecuted drivers for murder if they have had anti-cyclist rants on the internet – especially if they have made comments specifically about running cyclist off the road, etc.

I don’t like being on a road with cars and do most of my riding on isolated roads where most drivers are friendly. Ride a bike and be at the receiving end of a rage where idiots use their cars to push you out of their way or do “punishment passes” inches away from you at speeds of 100km and you’d change your mind.

      • No I won’t change my mind. I used to ride motorcycles and I know all too well how dumb and lethal car drivers can be, But just as all cyclists aren’t idiots, neither are all drivers.
I will never rely on another road user’s judgement – on two wheels or four – to decide when it’s safe for me to overtake.
Two cyclists riding abreast are just as likely to be idly chatting and blissfully unaware of the fact they’re unnecessarily holding up traffic as anybody else and relying on their judgement is absurd.
The fact is that on crowded roads the speed discrepancy between cyclists and cars is a danger to both.

        • IMO cyclists should be subject to the same rules, regulations and taxes that every other vehicle on the road must abide by.That includes a hub tax, licensing, registration including VIN number and license plate, head and tail lamps as well as turn signals and hazzard flashers. The same penalties for non-compliance should also be applied.

I am also not in favor of any draconian laws designed to build a special class around cyclists. If a person doesn’t think the risks of an activity are acceptable, then they shouldn’t engage in the activity simple as that.

  2. California Nightmare… From Theo Spark. Typhus is endemic to Eastern Africa and parts of South and Central America and now California.

“Downtown LA has a flea-borne Typhus epidemic that has now spread to Pasadena. There’s a small Hepatitis A outbreak, too which is not being reported.”

  3. Random thought…

Could the whore referred to in Revelations be Socialism?

  4. In the UK they face a ‘considerable’ threat by far right fanatics. No, not the actual terrorism by them but as a result of Islamic terrorism. So says the UK terrorism watchdog.

While in the US – under a Trump Administration they face homegrown violent extremism. These folks are largely radicalized online, and they’re inspired by the global jihadist movement. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_cool.gif

    • And the panicked wimps are crying rivers. What? They never considered their military need practice in urban environments?

  5. ‘The greedy hand of government plotting to get your money’
    from the comments:
‘…Forget the black economy, payment of taxes, fairness to the taxpayer whose money is extracted at gunpoint. This is all about total control of your body, mind and soul. A slave to be used by unelected hitlers, those schoolyard, government and work bullies you encounter so much.
The way to stop this is to put away debit and credit cards, and start using cash again. An insatiable demand for cash transactions and the abandoning of electronic transactions. Societies functioned quite well like this for thousands of years. There was freedom. A cashless society will create poverty for all but the elite and lead to enslavement by the Reserve Bank, itself a PRIVATE company.’

  6. If you haven’t been following the investigation into the Intelligence Community’s interference in the US elections and the spying on the Trump campaign and the attempted “soft coup” of the Trump Presidency the article below will bring you up to date and reveal some shocking connections and details. I suggest you read it when you have a bit of time on your hands. I also hope those “sealed indictments” that are rumoured are actually true and the names mentioned in the piece are attached to them.
