It’s an absolute crying shame,often times it’s only the government “approval” that’s missing.Here even if a person is dirt poor and has no insurance,often it only takes a phone call from the patient’s doctor to the drug maker to get them treatment at little or no cost.If that fails then there are charities that pool resources to cover the costs.
What really infuriates me is all the pie in the sky “green” horse shit that gets funded that is nothing more than corrupt backdoor deals to their cronies.I hate to think of how many people have lost their lives to cancer and other diseases for lack of treatment,while billions have been spent on planting trees and public “art” projects.
I think we need to embrace the tactics of the left.Next time a new “public art” project is unveiled,it should be drenced in red paint to symbolize all the lives that could have been saved or at least prolonged if the money had been spent on something worthwhile like cancer treatments.

I thought the European colonists used to be accused of cutting down so much of the forest for clearing to make farmland that the native population died off because of the loss of game animals. Now you’re telling me the Native tribes had all that land in cultivation? How else do you explain the loss of extensive cultivated land to create a Little Ice Age in the 1600s when the Pilgrims arrived in 1606 (or thereabouts).

That used to be one theory,but it was quickly shot down by people who have actually lived and worked in the woods.Game animals use the forest for shelter,but they need open ground for forage because the forest floor,in North America,especially before Europeans arrived, is a barren environment.Also it’s chiseled in stone fact that farmland=more wildlife not the otherway round.
Before the Spainards arrived,the native population went everywhere on foot.As a result the various tribes had sporatic contact with each other and the cushion of time prevented the spread of much disease.After Horses that cushion was whittled away and they were off to the races disease wise.

In addition, the Left has become so obsessed with destroying him or at least making his presidency ineffective they have exposed their true agenda in a rush instead of the incremental strategy they have so long employed. Now this latest where the Senate Committee has concluded there is no evidence of collusion has destroyed one of the linchpins of the campaign against Trump.
