Dolloff is Antifa and yes it was murder, he pursued Keltner and fired on him as Keltner was trying to de escalate and back away.
What Dolloff gets charged with, is up to the DA, who is probably a Soros lefty. Most, if not all of these Antifa/BLM “protests” are taking place in jurisdictions with Soros backed DA’s.
That kind of makes such cities no-go zones for us, at least for us to stage protests. As far as living in one, I wish it was easy to skedaddle and had a surely better place to go.

Anyone who calls their local congresscritter would be wasting time, if the critter didn’t know of this already, they would dismiss the person’s concerns as “he is just getting old”, or a similar reason.
