Smartmatic, a voting technology company, filed a $2.7 billion lawsuit against the network, Dobbs, and two other Fox hosts: Jeanine Pirro and Maria Bartiromo.

“As we said in October, Fox News Media regularly considers programming changes and plans have been in place to launch new formats as appropriate post-election, including on Fox Business,” Fox News told theĀ Washington Examiner. “This is part of those planned changes. A new 5 p.m. program will be announced in the near future.”

Yes, I’m sure getting rid of one of their stars is a result of Fox regularly considering programming changes. It’s like Coca Cola deciding it needs to ditch regular Coke and really push New Coke. Good move, guys.
