In addition, U.S. oil corporation Chevron will be allowed to enter into negotiations with Venezuelan state-owned firm PDVSA over potential continued operations in the South American oil-rich nation.”

They are both corrupt dictators that came to power via stolen elections. The only thing Maduro has going for him, is he doesn’t need diapers or a teleprompter and ear piece to find his way to the podium.
