A Solar company going broke? Color me shocked

https://www.cbsnews.com/losangeles/news/solar-industry-facing-bankruptcies-leaving-many-with-roof-panels-that-dont-work/

“The solar industry in California has experienced several high-profile bankruptcies including one of its largest producers, Petersen Dean.

Now, another local solar company has shuttered, leaving homeowners with unfinished systems on roofs that aren’t producing any power, not saving money on utility bills, and often there’s still the financing of the equipment and installation that the customer is responsible for. ”

I’ve done the math on Solar several times and without government and consumer subsidies it simply doesn’t work.

“Westchester County District Attorney Mimi Rocah, a Democrat, said in a statement on June 15 that her office had closed the case against Trump after an investigation that was conducted “objectively, and independent of politics, party affiliation and personal or political beliefs.”

    When does it become harassment?

    https://www.theepochtimes.com/westchester-county-da-ends-investigation-into-trump-golf-course_5337542.html?utm_source=epochHG&utm_campaign=CFP&src_src=epochHG&src_cmp=CFP

    • Darin says:

It went well past harassment a long time ago. The media constantly throws these articles out there for the sole purpose of pleasing their democrat masters. None take any time to dig deeper and reveal the truth, which requires less and less digging as we go.
So you had one investigation alleging that Trump over valued his property and assets and another alleging that he under valued his property and assets. So which is it???
With just the slightest amount of work it could have been easily revealed that the correct answer is neither. Why? Because tax assessors set the valuation and financial institutions follow their valuations. That the district attorney knew full well this is the case and should have never started the investigation. But because she is a biased, partisan hack, she did it anyway.https://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_cool.gif

Speaking of Orwell, watch the dust up that happened when Joe Rogan tried to setup a debate between Dr.Peter Hotez(Pharma hack) and RFK-

I was glad to see Rogan hold Hotez’s feet to the fire and for Elon Musk to say basically the reason why Hotez refuses to debate RFK, is because Hotez knows he can’t back up his own claims. https://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_cool.gif

I knew ivermectin and hydroxichloroquin were threats to the vaccine money but didn’t know about the federal law. Could the pharmaceutical companies be sued for violating that law to get around the immunity they were given?

      • Pascal says:

Well, that may be a campaign promise by RFK Jr given his current popularity with the wider population plus the Left would again hate Big Pharma.

Our job is to make sure that the danger from him becoming Prez is well known. All that has happened to anti-vaxxers will most certainly happen double to anti-carbontax people once he’s in office.

here you go mawm. from 2014.

Kennedy Jr. accused skeptical politicians of “selling out the public trust.” “Those guys are doing the Koch Brothers bidding and are against all the evidence of the rational mind, saying global warming does not exit. They are contemptible human beings. I wish there were a law you could punish them with. I don’t think there is a law that you can punish those politicians under.”

            • Darin says:

Definitely one of his negatives, as is his stance on guns. I think it will all become moot shortly. The ESG Trojan Horse is rolling down the street already.
As you know, my day job is industrial and the number of e-mails I get from vendors trying to out ESG each other is sickening.

Remember when Hillary said this “I look forward to the day when corporations take the lead from government in societal change. Corporations can do things the government can’t because they aren’t restrained by the Constitution” So now we have Environmental and Social Governance being installed like indoor plumbing all throughout big business.

      • Pascal says:

Quite honestly I do not [think] that the moral fibre exists anymore in the US body politic.

Yes. This characterization fits the sort you describe worldwide.
        SKUNC
His creation was inspired by a contest to find a less complimentary acronym than RINO (which suggests to the mind’s eye a dangerous, armour-skinned rhino) for traitorous Republicans. But it took almost no time to recognize that SKUNC fits every politician who is bought off by global moneyed interests. So Statist Knowingly Undermining our Nation’s Constitution was altered to end with National Charters. Stooges Kneeling to UN Control is also a worldwide phenomenon as you poor Kiwis have been feeling that accelerated subjugation.

The ESG effect on corporations that Darin reports on is driven by the same money and credit sources. This is how fascism is becoming firmly entrenched, and very quickly.

One more thing. Screw the political class. Do enough American citizens themselves still have the moral fibre to stand against Leviathan?

Only with faith that they have Truth on their side against the liars and usurpers do they stand a chance to regain the courage needed to back up their morality. A good many even still have a more eternal name for Truth. But do they have strong faith? Pray they do.

Another win for the ‘Conspiracy Theorists’

    • mawm says:

I’m still fuming at the way our government took away our basic rights during this false pandemic. Everything they did was ineffective or made things worse. Particularly galling was the attack on bodily autonomy and individual sovereignty. And as we reap the bitter harvest of vaccine related excess deaths, especially in the working age person, not one politician in New Zealand has the balls to say they were wrong to support this attack and that it will never happen again.

The leader of the opposition, who can barely scrape up enough votes from his traditional Tory voters for his centre-right party courts the centre left, and pretends that it did not happen, while the leader of our most libertarian party has stated that the excess deaths have not occurred and that it is a conspiracy theory. He too supports mandated vaccines and vaccine passports. https://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_unsure.gif

Too many ill- or mis-informed fearful women believe the hype that Dame-Doctor-Saint Jacinda saved millions and will vote for the Labour/Greens/Maori party coalition, and with that we will get race-based health care and other privileges for those who claim a touch of Maori blood while anyone who has been productive and frugal are going to have to hand over their accumulated wealth at some as yet to be determined fraction annually.

I will be joining the exodus to an equally fucked up but economically better-off Australia just as soon as my 93 yo, mentally impaired m-i-l departs this earth.

      • Michael in Nelson says:

I’ve had a few people I’ve tried to talk to about the anomaly of the increasing death rate of the Omicron variant spout the ‘fact’ that the overall death rate in NZ has been lower than that in other countries and “…so the Government must have done something right”

        • mawm says:

The only saving grace NZ had was that we are an isolated island in the South Pacific and that we did not get the original Wuhan variant. I think it’s in Our World of Data (from Oxford Uni) that deaths per million are shown. We are not doing that well. Or our 21% excess mortality – 100 extra deaths every week. (https://stats.oecd.org/index.aspx?queryid=104676).

              Three things in particular –
1 Sending patients home without treatment and telling them to wait until they turn blue. IMHO blocking physicians from repurposing drugs is criminal.
2 Failure by my colleagues in ICU who know better than to put a patient on a ventilator if there is no indication. Although I have had no intel that the intensive care physicians were doing that in NZ.
3 Failure by my colleagues to recognise what was happening and instead dumbly following the lemmings over the cliff.
