Apparently they tried to deport him 10 times in the past, but never succeeded because the country he came from refused to take him back. Well if they won’t take him back, pull the Guillotine out of storage and oil it up.

Activist lawyers will have been challenging his “expulsion”in the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). The ECHR is usually the problem and for some unfathomable reason even after BREXIT the UK is bound to their rulings. They block deportation for things such as disrupted family life, unacceptable sexual deviation, possible harsh prison conditions and death penalties.
