‘A POLICEMAN was hit in the face with a stubby and another punched when an unruly mob descended on them in Melbourne’s west early this morning.
The officers were responding to reports of a brawl at Pennell Reserve in Burke St, Braybrook about 1.40am.
It is believed the groups had gathered at the oval as an after-party for a Sudanese beauty pageant….’
