‘One for the Maoris’ basher let off
An old man was subjected to an unprovoked attack in Auckland’s Sylvia Park mall with the offender announcing triumphantly to the crowd “one for the Maoris” as he swaggered away “like he had just won the World Heavyweight Championship”.
William Morgan Lewis, 43, was convicted yesterday in the Auckland District Court of assaulting 67-year-old Warren Goston on January 11 in the food court of the Mt Wellington mall.
Goston told the court he put his bag down on a table in the food court when he heard someone saying “f*** c***” and “f****** whitey” to him.
….Judge Thomas Everett said he found Goston’s evidence “lucid” and “credible”.
He said Lewis appeared to have mental problems.
The judge said if the attack had been carried out by someone who was “the full pound” he would have taken it “extremely seriously” as it appeared to be a race-hate crime.
He convicted Lewis and ordered him to appear for sentence if called upon within the next six months.’
So the fucking judge makes a diagnosis from the bench, then uses his diagnosis to not only release a murderous thug without penalty, but if he’s right in this “diagnosis”, he’s released a vicious mental case back out on the streets!!
Both the thug AND the judge should be locked up–preferably in the same cell.

    The primary role of government, under the social contract, is to protect the weak and infirm from predators.

    The social contract was in pretty good shape after John Locke was done with it. But the ones who hated the enlightenment, the ancien regime, loved Rousseau. For after that twisted misfit was done with it, securing equality of outcomes trumped both liberty and equality under the law.

    I recommend finding out the day that Rousseau croaked and declare it a day of celebration. And watch the Left get all apoplectic.

    The “full pound” I don’t understand this terminology. The Maori made racist comments and bashed a defenseless elderly man… if this isn’t a “hate crime” then what is?

      In NZ only white people can be racists. It is in our genes according to the brown minority. The brown minority behaves as it does due to having been colonised by white people two centuries ago. FFS!!!!

      It used to be a reasonably common occurrence for the Crown to appeal various sentences, but nowadays you hardly ever hear diddly-squat from them. Don’t hold your breath!

    Jay – Not the full pound. It is like having Kangaroos loose in the top paddock, or a can short of a six-pack. The judge was saying that because the defendant was a loon, he was letting him off bashing an old man. What a prick that judge is.

    If court judgements don’t reflect the broad consensus of the society they operate within, then those courts become illegitimate.
    The damn courts belong to the people.

    Shame it didn’t happen here,the turd most likely would have been shot.If not we have this niffty law where if the victim of a violent crime is under 18 or over 65 the sentence automatically doubles.

    The judge is an idiot and should be removed from the bench.What’s the proceedure for that there?Several have been removed here after public outcry.

      They’re virtually immune, Darin. Even if a NZ judge was caught in public toilets with a 12 year-old boy, smoking dope and sharing needles while celebrating a fraudulent financial transaction….I wouldn’t bet on either the public becoming aware of it or the judge being removed from the bench.

    When a government cannot (or will not) protect citizens, and when those citizens are prevented by law from protecting themselves, then government is no longer a legitimate institution. It’s tyranny.

George Hawkins and the then Speaker did backflips trying to shut Winston down.

    The point is, keep digging with the judges and you will continue to find dirty secrets that any decent citizen would gag on.

    If the judge thought he was mentally ill (yeah right), why wasnt he detained in a mental ward and assessed?

    Once again, Crusader Rabbit becomes the only website New Zealanders can have their say on an issue. The hard hitting investigative NZ media outlets (antiwhite venom spitters) predictably shut off the comments section on this one and most of them didnt even cover it.

    Elderly whites are continuosly bashed and even raped by Maoris but the reverse never happens. Where is the revenge attack/warning message from the army of violent racist whites that supposedly fill the country?
