‘Someone was incredibly busy in June 2008 working on an illegal front invisible to the public; searching and altering Supreme Court Cases published at Justia.com which cite the only case in American history – Minor v. Happersett (1875) – to directly construe Article 2 Section 1’s natural-born citizen clause in determining a citizenship issue as part of its holding and precedent.  In this unanimous decision, the Supreme Court defined a “native or natural-born citizen” as a person born in the US to parents who were citizens; a definition which excludes from eligibility both Barack Obama and John McCain…’   source         H/T The Woodpile Report

    The BC is a red herring. Always was. Problem is, Trump (because of his banging on about the BC) doesn’t have the credibility to attack him again.

    Where the hell is FOX on this? Where have they been since ’08?

    I don’t think Woodpile is correct viz a viz John McCain. Somewhere, there is legislation granting dispensation to children born to American military stationed overseas. IIRC McCain was born in Panama.

    It’s not Woodpile which claims McCain isn’t eligible, it’s the quoted source.And in any case, McCain’s eligibility isn’t especially important.

    I for one don’t think the full truth about him will ever emerge. If it comes to light that even half of what is suspected, is true, it will destroy the entire edifice for it will show up the vetting system as fatally flawed. If it transpires the DonkeyKrauts knew about him beforehand it will finish the Dems. And don’t even tart wi the Pubs. Did they know? Why else would they put McCain up against him? And why would McCain deliberately deep-six his own campaign?

    I think if the heat gets turned up too much the Dems will swap him out for Hillary next year. And with polls showing she could beat any of the Pubs in the race, that may well happen. And then, God help America. And the rest of the world.
