Slavery comes with fine words, not at gunpoint.

‘The past twenty years have witnessed a revolution. It has been carried out quietly and bloodlessly, but it is, in its way, as far-reaching a revolution as those of 1789, 1917 or 1979. The rule that had governed relations between states since the Treaty of Westphalia of 1648 – the principle that each government was responsible for its internal affairs, and that crimes were the responsibility of the state on whose territory they were committed – has been overturned. A new legal order has been established, outside and above the nations.
…A corpus of law has been created without debate, without ratification by national legislatures, without democratic approval. Its motive force has been the activism of judges and the intimidating fervour of the human rights professionals…’                 source

Case in point at this very moment is A Merkel’s attempt to impose greater control over other country’s budgets by amending treaties that do not have to go to referenda in the countries in question.
TheEU is interesting in it’s pretense at democracy and yet it is run by unelected bureaucrats as well as the powerful duo who rule France and Germany.
What started as a Common Market(good idea) is now being turned into an anti democratic superstate, which depending on the whim of who ever is in power in France or Germany will dictate the future of the continent!

And if they don’t like the results of referenda they just get the sheeple to vote again until the bureaucrats in Brussels,Paris or Berlin get the result they want.

indeed KG, those words being misrepresented and made to sound justifiably good, manage to get implemented so the masses get played, have their wealth stolen and given to political or institutional insiders, who then have the temerity/ audacity to secure their positions by creating underclass parasites in sufficient numbers that the productive can never get to have their decisions acted upon
Broken ass politicians spending more than they can steal in taxes, thus indenturing the future generations to debt slavery….

Bolt has a link to yet another fine clip of Nigel Farage telling the European Parliament a few unwelcome truths about the German takeover of Europe…
