I’ve seen some live music in my time … Everything from Motörhead to Elton John. I saw Mr King and band in Auckland about 15 years ago. I reckon the average age of the lads on stage was about 85. That concert still ranks as undoubtedly the best concert I have ever even to. Even sitting still, Mr King can rock better than a man half his age.
