Now, he may well be insane…but isn’t it convenient that without an open trial, the policies of the Norwegian government and the complicity of European governments in what amounts to a program of cultural genocide won’t get a public airing?

Yeah. There was a rush to obscure and corrupt his manifesto online in order to make it difficult for people to find and to read, too. He’ll be a non-person very soon.
