Maybe a convenient header like “Terror strikes -insert city name here-” or “Sadness as -insert city here- attack lay memorials at the scene”

Hell,they could even go so far as to provide some handy links to sites that sell flowers,balloons and Teddy Bears.

This would only be fitting,since the news media already has a template for every attack.It’s usually easy to spot “Lone Wolf terror strikes -insert city here-” or “We have to do more to stop these attacks before they happen”
